Rental Terms

By reserving a golf cart with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your rental:

1. The lessee is responsible for all damages/incidentals to rental vehicle.
2. Do not leave keys in the cart, lost key/broken key switch $165.00.
3. Do not drive golf cart on beach/salt flats – Cleaning fee $300.00 minimum.
4. Golf cart is to be driven on paved roads only (Please do not go “Narrows”).
5. Do not leave cart (upon departure) on main pier – fee will occur.
6. The speed limit is 15mph. I/we agree not to exceed speed limits nor to drive leased equipment while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, not to lend, lease or abuse this equipment in any way. Reckless driving is not tolerated, the golf cart will be taken without replacement of refund. Legal driving age is – 18yrs old with valid drivers license. Insurance does not cover anyone under 25 years of age. Rentals are 24hrs.

The lessee understands that if there are any infringements with the above rules, the owner is liable to confiscate the vehicle. Additionally, the lessee understand that the golf cart is covered by third party insurance.

By renting a golf cart from us, you agree to be bound by these terms for the duration of your rental period, which extends to the entire time that you have possession of the golf cart.

You may receive a waiver outlining the aforementioned terms by email or on arrival to Harbour Island for signature.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, and unforeseen circumstances arise during travel. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility, and we encourage you to get in touch with us if you need further assistance or have any questions:

Your booking is subject to free cancellation up to 2 days before your reservation date, regardless of pick-up time (e.g. if you have reserved your cart for March 20th, you must cancel by March 17th at 11:59PM EST to avoid a cancellation fee).
